A warm and friendly welcome awaits you here at our cosy B&B on the beautiful Black Isle. We offer one newly created twin/double room complete with lovely en-suite shower room. There is a separate guests' entrance and private parking. Traditional or Continental breakfast is served and tea/coffee/shortbread etc. available in your room. Our farmhouse is ideally placed for dolphin and bird-watching, hill walking, golf, horse riding, sailing, etc. |

| Water's Edge has spectacular views over the sea and towards Culloden with private access to a small beach at the bottom of the garden. Since we moved here in November 2006 we have been transforming this lovely house into a spectacular place to live. We have created three large completely new guest bedrooms and bathrooms, each room is individual in character and filled with all things special for you to enjoy, all rooms have a large balcony looking over the sea. The sitting room has French doors to a courtyard and windows looking over the sea. | ||

Scorrielea Self Catering Accommodation is a a small family run business in the village of Fortrose in Ross & Cromarty. Located on the Black Isle peninsula, its main attraction is its close vicinity to the best beach-side viewing point for the famous bottle nose dolphins of the Moray Firth less than a mile's walk away. The Byre, a modern apartment sleeping 2/4, has been created in the original cow shed (byre) of the farmhouse. |

Our Cottages is situated on a working farm high on the Black Isle, and has spectacular views over the Moray Firth. The cottages are located in the private grounds of an old estate. The location is excellent for walking, bird watching, cycling and horse riding, or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous scenery. |
