Ken & Ann Fraser, the owners, take a personal interest in their guests to ensure they have a pleasant time in this beautiful part of Scotland. Bayview's modernized accommodation consists of two large bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Each room can sleep three adults - ideal for golf or walking groups or as a family room for two adults and two children. Tea and coffee making facilities, radio, TV, DVD & video are provided in each room. A free public car park is located adjacent to the house.

Pentland Cottage is situated in the village of Kingston on Spey on the Moray Firth Coast near the mouth of the River Spey. The cottage is over 150 years old and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, providing excellent, modern, comfortable accommodation that sleeps up to 4 people - pets are also welcome by arrangement. Kingston - on - Spey was founded in 1784 and named after Kingston - upon - Hull in Yorkshire. Dodsworth & Osborne, shipbuilders from Hull established shipyards at Kingston capable of building boats up to 500 tons with masts 60 ft high. In the early 1800's, Clipper ships were built here to service the tea trade from India.
