We are situated in beautiful Glenmoriston on the A887, the main route between Loch Ness and the Isle of Skye, in the Scottish Highlands. Inverness, the Highland capital, is 1 hours drive to the east, where there are also distilleries and the famous Whisky Trail, with Ft William and Ben Nevis within 1 hours drive to the west. The Graineag, which is gaelic for Hedgehog, is set among hills and woods with an easy walk to the River Moriston, (Fishing permits available locally), and is ideal for those who love wildlife and the great outdoors. | ||
